Join the Upper Valley Chamber Orchestra for a performance of 19th and 20th century music. The program includes Brahms’ Symphony No. 3 in F Major and Germaine Tailleferre’s Ballade for Piano and Orchestra. Tailleferre, a French composer and the only woman member of the group known as Les Six, composed the Ballade in 1920. UVMC’s new piano instructor Chenyu Wang joins the orchestra as the soloist. The Upper Valley Chamber Orchestra features more than 40 musicians from throughout the region, led by Conductor Mark Nelson.
