All ticket orders will include 6% Vermont state sales tax as well as a service fee that helps us cover box office expenses such as equipment, software, ticket stock.
You may choose to have your tickets held at Will-Call for no charge, or you may select convenient mail delivery for a small surcharge of $0.50 per total order. (Ticket purchases made less than one week before the show are automatically Will-Call Only.)
You must provide a valid email address when purchasing tickets online in order to receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you do not receive an order confirmation email following your order, please contact the Pentangle office immediately at 802-457-3981 or [email protected]
Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket sales and fees are final and non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for purchased tickets may be issued at the option of management. Unused tickets may also be returned to the box office anytime prior to a performance as a tax-deductible donation to Pentangle Arts.
If an event is presented as scheduled, we are contractually obligated to pay the performers. We are therefore unable to offer refunds if bad weather makes it difficult for you to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets. If we do cancel an event or change the location of an event, we will post this information on our website at www.pentanglearts.org, or you can call 802-457-3981 for cancellation updates.
