There are several ways to get tickets to events:

Online
You can purchase tickets safely and conveniently online for most Pentangle events. Our new Front Gate online ticketing option allows you to select your seats by location and effortlessly place ticket orders using secure encrypted SSL software. Online orders are processed in real time 24/7, up to 24 hours prior to an event. Visa and MasterCard are the only accepted forms of payment for online orders.

In Person: 31 The Green, Woodstock, Vermont
The Box Office is located in the lobby of Woodstock Town Hall and is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM through 4 PM except holidays when the Town Hall is closed. The Box office is also open one hour before show time to pick up reserved tickets or purchase tickets.

Call the Box Office during our business hours to place an order (VISA or MasterCard accepted). If you are calling after hours or if box office employees are busy helping other customers, our phone message will give you pertinent information about upcoming shows and options describing how to leave a message. Your call will be returned in the order it was received, as soon as box office personnel are available.

The price of all tickets includes a $1 Theater Preservation Fee that supports the long-term maintenance, restoration and improvement of the Woodstock Town Hall Theatre. All telephone and online orders are subject to a $1.50 per ticket service charge that covers the costs of ticketing software lease, ticket stock, credit card fees, telephone fees, computer hardware upgrades, box office salaries and other box office operating expenses. There is no service charge on tickets purchased in person at the box office.

Gift Certificates
We offer Gift Certificates year round. All Gift Certificates are for the amount of your choice and can be redeemed toward any performance produced by Pentangle Council on the Arts.

Order Now and Save!
By ordering tickets early, you not only assure yourself of excellent seating. Early birds also save up to 15% when ordering tickets to six performances at once. (Restrictions apply. Please call the Box Office for details.)

Group Rates
Discounts begin at 10% for groups of ten or more. Call the Box Office early to ensure the best possible seating for your group.

Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales and fees are final and non-refundable. Tickets for Pentangle produced events may be exchanged for a future Pentangle performance if they are received in the box office at least three days prior to the show date (good for current season only, subject to availability). A $1 charge applies per ticket exchanged. Unused tickets may also be returned to the box office anytime prior to a performance as a tax-deductible donation to Pentangle.

Inclement Weather
If an event is presented as scheduled, we are contractually obligated to pay the performers. We are therefore unable to offer refunds. For cancellation info, please call 802-457-3981 or visit www.pentanglearts.org.

Accessibility
Special seating accommodations are made when requested at the time of ticket purchase. Woodstock's Historic Town Hall is wheelchair accessible. Use the automatic door on the west side of the Town Hall, then take the elevator to level 2A for theater access, or 1B for the ticket office and reserved tickets. Don't hesitate to ask one of our friendly ushers for help.

How to Find Us
Pentangle & Woodstock's Town Hall Theatre is at 31 The Green in the heart of Woodstock Village. Click here for driving directions. Parking in Woodstock Village, especially around the Town Hall, is usually fairly easy. There are many spaces around the Green, all of which are free during the evenings and weekends.
