Pentangle Council on the Arts was established in 1974 by a group of concerned citizens of Woodstock, Vermont, to strengthen arts education in the schools, build community, and enhance the quality of life.

Pentangle has evolved into a vital not-for-profit presenting, arts-in-education, and arts advocacy organization, responding to expressed needs in the Greater Woodstock community for quality performing arts programming at all levels and for all walks of life.

Pentangle reaches out to audiences aged 2 to 102, striving to make the arts accessible, engaging, and fun for all.
